  We just refinanced our house with Dave Campbell. He was very patient with us with getting the paperwork we needed. There was no appraisal needed. We were able to drop our interest rate to 2.25% to lower the cost of our monthly mortgage payment! We also had the opportunity to skip a couple house payments. The closer that closed on our loan drove 3 hours so we didn't have to drive 3 hours with two little children. I would recommend Dave to anyone that is looking to refinance!

  Dave and his team did a superb job handling my mortgage refinance. He explained things in detail and made sure I understood all options, pros, and cons. He was easy to get hold of by email, phone, and text message, and he always responded to my inquiries very quickly. Dave knew to use my VA loan benefit before I even brought it up. He got me a 2.25% rate, $46,000.00 cash out, a monthly payment lower than my previous one, and I still have equity in my home! I strongly recommend Dave and his team, and I will go back to them should I ever need mortgage-related work in the future.

  Dave Campbell did a great job handling my refinance! I had contacted my mortgage holder to see about a refi. They said the best they could do was drop from 3.5% to 2.75% and it would cost me almost $5000. Dave was able to get me loan at 2.25%, with no payment for 2 months for much less, and was able to get it done in less than 30 days! An outstanding job! I would highly recommend Dave Campbell for your mortgage needs!

  Dave is wonderful to work with, i first spoke to my current mortgage company and they did little to offer anything better then what i currentally had. I then reached out to Dave at supreme lending, he was wonderful to work with! Dave was able to lower my interest rate from 4.125% down to 2.75% on a 30 year fixed rate loan saving me almost $400 a month! Dave was great to work with and i felt as though he was really working for me to get where i needed things to be. Would absolutly recommend him for your home loan services.

  Hands down, Dave Campbell is the best mortgage lender I have ever had the pleasure to work with. We had to move fast on the purchase of a cabin which had just hit the market, and he worked after hours to get us a loan commitment so we could make an offer with approved financing the next day. He also locked us in at a fantastic rate of 2.875%. He even offered to call the seller’s Realtor on our behalf, and ours was the bid that was selected, despite lots of interest. I doubt we would have got the cabin without the help of Dave and our Realtor Ted Engen who both made things happen literally overnight. Within weeks, we closed on the cabin and along the way, Dave was quick to answer any question day or night, even when he was on vacation! He also gave great advice and made excellent suggestions. Not only did Dave help us buy our “dream cabin,” but he refinanced our home loan at the same time. We had just refinanced a few months prior with another lender where we have banked for decades, so we were hesitant to refinance again and incur more closing fees. Dave blew that deal out of the water and got us a rate of 2.375% while shaving off 5 years from our mortgage. Even with the closing costs, we will save tens of thousands of dollars in interest. The closing costs were very reasonably, and Dave helped by providing lender credits on both this loan and our cabin loan, and required no appraisal, saving us even more money. No cash was needed at closing! As with our cabin loan, we closed in a matter of weeks compared to our previous refinance, which took months. Rarely have I come across someone like Dave who provides such excellent customer service. He genuinely wants to help people and works tirelessly to provide this level of service. I couldn’t give him a higher recommendation.

  Dave Campbell and his team made the daunting task of buying my first home a breeze! Communication was great, whenever I had a question he always had a quick and accurate response! He was able to get me into my dream home that ended up appraising for a lot more than then the final closing price with a fixed rate of 2.25%!   Dave Campbell was a joy to work with. He gave great advice and replied promptly to any questions we had. 3 weeks from application to close. Cut our interest rate almost in half, cut 6 years off our mortgage and the cash out will pay off all of our outstanding debt so that we will be completely debt free once our mortgage is paid off. Our current monthly payments are actually reduced by nearly $2k.
