  Charles is a consummate professional. He helped us with a mortgage when purchasing our home and also with a refinance. The best thing about Charles is that he truly cares about his customers. He never made a decision where we felt like he didn’t have our best interest in mind. With our refinance he saved us a ton of money on our monthly payment, got us a super low interest rate, and saved us hundreds of thousands of dollars over the life of our mortgage.   Mr. Davis was phenomenal! You will not find a more honest and forthright individual. His knowledge and guidance was absolutely invaluable. He is 100% about customer service. He always replied quickly to texts and phone calls. His professional knowledge and demeanor exceeded all of my expectations. He secured the lowest rate possible for my loan. And when he secured a closing date he made sure that the closing was on time and as simple as he could make it. There was never one step in the process that I didn’t know or understand because he explained it so well. His communication was on point. From start to finish it was the smoothest process I’ve ever been a part of. I cannot recommend Mr. Davis highly enough.

  Charles Davis receives no less than 5 stars for his work on the purchase of our house. He worked harder than anyone else to get this deal pushed through by the closing date. Even after everyone else was dragging their feet and not meeting deadlines, Charles was able to have everything together when he said. Even the sellers realtor could not believe that it was done so professionally and diligently. And has never seen anyone work as hard to get this done on the closing date. The sellers did not make it to the closing on time because they did not know what Charles did was possible. We will always use Davis Mortgage for any future refinance or refer anyone to use Charles Davis because I could not have had a better experience with his expertise.

Mr. Davis is extremely punctual, his communication is clear and concise, with no lack of information .   We were referred to Charles by our realtor and weren't exactly sure of what to expect since this was our first mortgage. David Mortgage Ltd. was very helpful through every step of the process. At no point was I unable to get in contact with them. They also took it upon themselves to do all of the prep work with the VA to make sure the process went smoothly for me.
