  I can easily & authentically say that I loved my car buying experience at Chevrolet of Delano! Initially, I was going to check out a few different dealerships and had started at one other location in the Twin Cities that left me disappointed from lack of solid info & service. When I came to this location, I got to work with Tom Cook & had such a night and day difference of an experience that I didn't need to look any further. Tom really went to the level of service that made me feel good about this level of a purchase. He simplified everything & has the kind of personality that feels like a trusted family member. I already know that when it comes to buying another car in the future, I'll be looking for Tom again!

  Just this past week I went into this dealer with full intent to test drive & buy a car I had found online. Went there & was not pressured or even given the “salesman” talks, just a nice local hometown car dealer feel that made me feel totally at ease. The day previous to this I had actually gone to a Chevy dealership in Eden Prarie MN & the difference of how I was treated at the Delano dealership & Eden Prairie one was mind blowing. Only thing is I had to drove a ways north from the Twin Cities area, but for how happy I was with the great selections of vehicles and how the workers treated me, I’d do it over and over again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP 100%, thanks so much!

  Craig the Manager and Tom our service guy make a great team and fun experience when purchasing vehicles. We have referred so many friends. My husband will be back to find his next truck as well. It's worth the drive.

  Tom Cook from Chevrolet of Delano went the extra mile (actually several extra miles) to make sure our 2015 Equinox was the best fit for us. He fully explained the different options and how to make changes. He offered to schedule a follow up session on the features of the vehicle, if we wanted. We love the vehicle! Sue Frisk also did a great job on the financing end of the deal. It was the easiest purchase we've had. I will definitely be back the next time we are ready for a new vehicle and highly recommend Chevrolet of Delano to others.

  While dealing with the craziness of moving my family to Delano, my car decided to officially die on me! After a quick online search I found myself at Chevrolet of Delano and from the second I got there I was amazed by the service and overall nice and helpful demeanor! Good help and customer service is hard to come by these days, but im happy to say that I quickly found what I wanted and was given time to check it out, offered to take it for a few hrs to see how I liked it and at NO time felt pressured! Excellent business, excellent staff! I highly recommend!👍🏼❤️

  My work van purchase was so painless. They made every effort to make me happy. The vehicle was cleaned like it was new and I did not exspect a full tank of fuel. Their used car warranty at no cost to me seems unbeatable. I hope I never need it but it sure gave me peace off mind when I decided to make the purchase.   Bought a Silverado 2500 and also leased a 1500! Both great trucks and great salesman! Finance lady was a little slow and missed a couple things both times but they got it resolved and accommodated my busy schedule.

  I had made an appointment for 9:00 am oil change and tire rotation on my 2014 Silverado. I arrived about 8:50 am for my appointment. I didn’t get my vehicle back until almost 10:30. Because they took in another vehicle after I had already been there about 30 minutes got that one in and out before I got mine back and didn’t do the tire rotation or wash the truck the way the previous ownership would have. The receptionist seemed to be too hung over to acknowledge any of the potential customers that were coming in. Basically extremely poor unprofessional customer service compared to previous experiences. I don’t plan to return.
