  Good luck getting your hands on your insurance money if you have to file an insurance claim on your home! Caliber Loans sit on the funds illegally making money off of your insurance proceeds instead of releasing those insurance funds so the contractor can complete their restoration job! They make up excuses not to release funds asking for the same documentation over and over again??? Terrible customer service!!! We feel for anyone having to deal with this ridiculousness! Best part yet, you call them and when they have no legitimate answers for you, they ask to put you on a brief hold & THEY HANG UP ON YOU! BEWARE ! ! ! DO NOT CHOSE CALIBER LOANS
