  I've worked with David twice now. First when we purchased our home and now that we are refinancing. David is the best LO that I've ever worked with. The first time I spoke with him just for information, he called me back the same day and answered everything. Then when we were ready to buy our next home, we worked with him. He ensured that everything was done timely, efficiently and professionally. Then when the rates went down, he reached back out to me to discuss a refi option.   When the time came for us to purchase our new home, the number of mortgage lenders/processors was plentiful. However, based on past experience there was only one person I would call to handle our transaction. That person was David LaBrot. In spite of the fact that he lives over 5 hours away was insignificant, since he had demonstrated his willingness, his knowledge and his professionalism when handling our previous purchase.
