  As my husband and I are first time home buyers we worked with Michele for over a year while we find the perfect house. From the moment we first met her she started to explain how the whole process works and what to expect throughout the whole process from start to finish. She was very patient with us while were looking at homes and helped get us with all the preapproval letters and whatever else we needed while we made offers on homes. When we had found the perfect house she was there to help from the start of the application and explain everything to us and let us know what all they would need and what to expect in each step all the way to the very end. She was always willing to help answer any and all questions that we had. I am glad to have shared our first home buying experience with her and will definitely use her in the future. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

  Our experience with Michele and the whole SWBC team was exceptional. As first-time homebuyers, there were many hurdles to cross, but Michele was very kind and willing to take the time to explain every step of the process to us. The web-based platform made uploading all of our documentation very easy, and we were ready to close on the house well before the actual closing date. We can't recommend Michele and her team enough!

  I have known Michelle for a few years and know very few if ANY people who are more passionate about their jobs than she is. It is more like a calling to her and you can tell when she helps you with a loan project. I know very little about types and rates etc and she was so helpful in educating me first and foremost.
