  David having lots of patience. I'm a first home buyer and don't have any basic knowledge this area. He clarified lots of questions even out of office hours. He responded to my inquiries quickly, at any time. He is very diligent and hard working person, made my loan process very smoother.

  David he was a really good guy nice all the time he help me with my home 2 years ago .. After 2 years ago I did my refinance he is a really good. Helping others all the time answer's my questions, messages, calls any time i really recommend him he does his best to get a better percentage on your house 🏠 to help pay less save money 💰 I really recommend him in his team .

  I recently purchased my home this year. After about three months of searching, I found the perfect home. After being pre-approved originally with an online mortgage company, I decided to work with David Gibson because he came highly recommended by my realtor. I am so happy that I took her advice. Some of the many advantaged of going with David is that he was local and knew this area. He was always available when I had questions and was easily reached. He responded to my inquiries quickly, at any time. David made the loan process very easy. He also got me a lower monthly payment with a better rate then I was quoted by the online company, and this was for a home that was worth thirty thousand more than my original quote from the other company. It was a joy working with David and his assistant Yalda. She was extremely resourceful and expedited the collection of all the necessary documents needed to obtain the loan. David was able to close on my home so quickly that I was truly amazed and very impressed. I have to say that David and his team are excellent and I believe that, it is rare to find people with his level of personal attention and care when shopping for a home loan.

  David was really attentive and went above and beyond to fullifil the deadline that we needed. He kept In close communication and helped out every step of the way. He made purchasing a home very easy and stress free. David overcame any and all obstacles in the home buying process. I would say he deffinwtly took out the complication in purchasing a home. He was there for us through each step. Me and my family could not have asked for anything more. Altogether David is really professional and I would deffinetly work with him again.   David did an awesome job leading us the right way. Answered all our concerns and questions. He always a call away for any question we had. Also, he is fluent in spanish and english! That was awesome. My dad referred us to him and we are very happy knowing he did all he could to get us where we wanted. Muchas gracias David!
