  I am a first time home buyer and Todd was so helpful in explaining everything to me. Todd initially provided several lending scenarios with breakdowns of my interest rate vs. my monthly payment each month. He explained the entire process for me so that I was able to understand. He is very reliable, friendly, and I would highly recommend using him again.
