  Dave and his very well-resourced team were a pleasure to work with, from beginning to end. He works with a knowledgeable well-organized team that moves fast or moves with patience as needed by the client. They helped me navigate the on-line components of the application process. Closing costs were half of what my bank offered. Glad to keep that money in MY pocket along with lower interest rate! He was referred to me by someone who had just gotten a mortgage through him.   Great experience buying my first home with Dave Caldwell and his team. Everyone over there was always friendly and easy to get a hold of quickly whenever I had a question. Made financing the easiest part of the 2021 housing market. He was able to get me from offer to closing in record time, and closing itself I was in and out with just a few signatures as everything could be reviewed ahead of time. Highly recommend working with him.

  Dave and his team are the best. My refinance went much more quickly and got a better rate on the mortgage than anticipated. The fees were a lot less than planned as well. The whole process was quick and smooth, which is a testament to how prepared and on top of their game Dave and his team are. Definitely recommend if you're buying or refinancing.

  I got my original mortgage with Dave, so when it came time to refinance my home, I knew just where to go.
