  Nationwide just sent me a message saying they are crediting all accounts with 50 dollars. Besides this awesome gesture during the fight against the Invisible enemy of Covid19, this office has the greatest people running it. Lisa and Morgan are kind, compassionate and more than that, they have solved every insurance issue I have had with due diligence and grace. I have my car and renters insurance with them. Last year when my ma died, this office sent me their heartfelt condolences. If you want people that care about you, call Lisa and Morgan at Darst Insurance!

  Lisa Bullins lies about what she did and didn’t offer and because she never offered me rental car insurance so I am out of a rental car because I was in an accident and now have no way to work. I have always had rental car insurance because I know I need it if ever something happens to my vehicle. Marie

  Marie, I certainly understand your frustration with regards to not having rental coverage during a time when you need it. However, not only do we have a signed application that indicates rental coverage was not chosen by you, but we also have a document that we use to explain all available coverages that provides a description of each coverage of which you signed and/or initialed each page. That document has Rental coverage listed as an available option. Obviously I was not present during the time that your policy was written by Lisa, but I have witnessed her write many policies and each time she has gone over with the customers which coverages are on their policy and explained which coverages are not on their policy that are available, which is our agency’s standard procedure. If you would like to contact my agency tomorrow I will be more than happy to provide you with a copy of not only the application you signed indicating rental as not being chosen but also the document you signed that Lisa uses to review all available coverages with our customers.
