  If there is one word to describe my experience with Daniel it’s this: easy. From start to finish Daniel made what I expected to be a difficult, stressful experience, into a simple and exciting one. He was quick to respond to all of my questions, though I didn’t have many since he took the time to explain everything from the beginning. He never overwhelmed me with requests, questions, or information - he told me everything I needed to know, and spared me what I didn’t. I could spend all day on this review and it still wouldn’t be enough to describe how much I would recommend his services. As an inexperienced first-time home buyer, Daniel made a daunting obligation into an exciting adventure - what more could you ask for?

  I met Daniel Evans at one of our showings with my customers, where he was helping with an open house with one of our agents at Intracoastal Realty. Daniel was full of knowledge and experience for my customers who were buying a beach house as a rental and investment. My customers were so impressed with him that once they found their property at Carolina Beach they wanted to work with him!
