Tariq Shafi4Very good impression every time I have dealt with them. This was not often, but they were still very nice every time. I am not a member here, but of a different credit union. In the past, when I showed up to make a transaction, they still treated me like a fellow member. I am currently leaving my former institution and need to move money (and not here at this point yet), and they are a lot closer and more convenient. They are helping me to do this, quickly and easily. Why my new one cannot do this, I am not quite sure! I am still very happy with the new financial institution so far (except for this issue). Either way, I think I will also open an account at Dane County CU and then see how things go between the 2 of them. Dane County CU has definitely earned my respect and business. 4.5 stars.

Flies Herrs1Your teller machines are very bad. Makes things so complicated. There's always a long line at this location. You guys will lose a lot of customers if you don't go back to the traditional way of drive thru banking including me. Such a bad move by you guys. Why would you think this was a good idea???were there any studies done to see how efficient this system would be?????I would not bank here if I were looking for somewhere to bank, unless you want to wait a LONG LONGTIME IN LINE to do what you need to do at the bank.

Laura Drennan1Haven't had access to online banking despite going in 3 separate times to get it resolved along with multiple emails and phone calls. Double charged for creating/cashing a money order (Yes, it was fixed because I caught the problem). Don't receive my payroll until 1-4 days after it's been deposited. Only reason I haven't closed this account is because Americans may or may not get a second stimulus. You ask a simple question and instead of saying I don't know they dance around an answer that is unrelated. Very poorly managed. Im treated nice when I have money in my account and treated with short pursed responses when I don't. It's shameful. Update: After a bad review and approximately 2 years of being a customer I got online banking access. They are still God awful. I don't recommend. Also, they closed my account with money in it and I figure that as a loss because that is how grossly unprofessional they are. I recommend Chase bank. Nothing but awesome with them.
