  Dana & Taylor were absolutely wonderful to work with on my recent refinance. They answered all of my numerous questions quickly and thoroughly. Excellent communication and response time. I got a great rate that im very happy with. Also, the majority of the process was completed online, which made it very convenient for me. Highly recommend The company Dana & Taylor work with. They jumped over multiple hurdles to make sure I sign loan docs in a timely manner and receive my loan funds on time. I appreciate all their hard work.   Where can I start… It has been a long journey for us to accomplish the dream of being homeowners with life getting in the way. Yet, we knew that when the time came… we would only be hiring E-Planet mortgage. The Jones team literally were the powerhouse and main reason we were able to get it done. They went above and beyond for our family. Answered all our questions, day, evening and night. Where always kind and never judgmental when it came to the process which was very helpful being this was a big step for us. They got a clear to close from start to finish in less than 12 days. We were able to swoop off the home we purchased off the market before it became active and still a “coming soon” because once they saw our offer terms, there was no doubt we would get it done.   Erica and Taylor are excellent. They were so helpful in educating me throughout the process as well as promptly responding to all my questions. They were able find us our lowest apr on our home loan and were so quick in helping us close a super fast escrow of 13 days. I definitely wouldn’t of been able to get the home we have today without them. I highly recommend them!

  I was in the process of searching for a company that I could refinance my home mortgage with. A colleague referred me to ePlanet Mortgage. When it comes to money/finances, I am VERY particular about who I allow to handle those affairs. Dana came highly recommended by my colleague as having a “get it done attitude”. Dana and I spoke on the phone to get the ball rolling with my process and I could tell from the beginning it was a great fit. He worked very diligently to find me the lowest interest rate and payment for my mortgage. I was then introduced to my Certified Loan Processor, Taylor to also assist with my seamless and very easy process that I could really appreciate. They literally walked me through every step of the way through this process. Taylor was very thorough and explained things very clearly when recapping with me why something happened and recommended what what we had to do to overcome and fix a step in order to move forward.
