  I had the best experience in refinancing my home with Shavarsh. He put a lot of his time to make sure I got answers to all of my questions, helped to shop around for me to compare all the existing rates/offers and when the time was right we picked the terms of the loan and Shavarsh did his best to close the deal with no issues very quickly.   Shavarsh Alajajyan, Kevin Thurman, Ani Manasyans, & the entire Groves Capital Inc team are fantastic. We were working with The Federal Savings Bank when Ani contacted us. I told her that if we are not being treated right by The Federal Savings Bank, I would call them. As you can tell, I had to call Ani back, and Groves Capital Inc did what the other company was not willing to do. We wanted to be treated with RESPECT, get fair loan terms, and have a straightforward process. Suppose you are getting a first loan or refinancing. In that case, I highly recommend Groves Capital Inc, especially to US Veterans. Still, I take it that they are great to work with for anyone. They have truly changed our financial future, thus making our lives much more stress-free and enjoyable.

  We were referred to Shavarsh by our realtor. Being self employed is always tough getting loans and speakig with others seemed liked it would be impossible till we met Shavarsh.
