  I decided since rates were unbelievably low to refinance a mortgage. I had been hesitant because let’s face it, the entire loan process is cumbersome and stressful. I decided to use Loan Depot because they have a great reputation and Dan Schweit as my Consultant. Dan and his team were amazing. From the beginning he was hands on. He assisted in completing the loan application and making sure I was communicated too the entire time. I used a local title company and Dan handled all the paperwork and made sure all the I’s and T’s were crossed. He is knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Dan if you need a loan. He’ll explain your options and make sure you make the right decisions.
