  When you need to finance a mortgage look no further than Kloze Mortgage. They went above and beyond to finance our coop property. Coops usually accept cash only, but Dan and his team worked diligently to make our dream purchase a reality.   Working with Dan was an amazing experience! He was so easily able to navigate the mortgage process and made me feel like I was in the best hands possible when it came to securing my loan, and getting me the best rate/ deal possible! He and his team were extremely professional and their communication was fantastic throughout the entire process - really made it easy to understand which can be hard to do for first time home buyers!! There were so many moving parts and rules/regulations that are out of their control but they really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with what was going on every step of the way.   Dan was fantastic to work with. We were first time home buyers and he was able to walk us through the process and educate me as well as assist me in getting the best rate. Also, we were doing this during COVID and there were several extra hoops we had to jump through because of it, yet Dan never missed a beat and was on top of things the whole time. Ended up getting our mortgage in time for a very quick closing date and was able to give us an extra week of time to move into our new home!

  It is true, Dan is definitely the mortgage man! He is very personable and takes time to talk and walk you through the process of getting the best loan possible. I used Dan to help me with my first home, usually things like this are stressful but yet Dan makes you feel comfortable and feel at ease! Also, do you know what he does that no one else seems to do? HE ACTUALLY CALLS YOU BACK, KEEPS YOU IN THE LOOP, GETS YOU THE BEST RATES OF ANYONE IN TOWN OR OUT! So with that being said, I am closing on my first home today because of his hard work and drive!!
