  Banked here for 7 years but plan on moving my account. This credit union has turned into a fee machine hoovering up as much money from my checking account as they can think of. Do not open an account here. They will rake you over the coals in fees.

  I have an auto loan through this credit union. My experience so far has been a positive. Today i sent a message to them because I didnt get my funds transfer submitted like i normally do to pay the loan. After about an hour, I received a phone call from a rep that helped me out getting everything paid on time. I say that is good service!

  I work in local government and wanted to start a checking account and an IRA with this credit union so I called to schedule an appointment. The man who answered said I could come in but "we don't open accounts for people who have delinquent bank accounts elsewhere. Just understand we run a credit check." First of all, I already have a bank account in good standing! I recently moved to the area and my bank does not have a branch down here. How anyone could think this is okay to say to a potential customer. I may be young and black but I do not deserve to treated like this. I will let my friends know to never bank with We Florida.

  Avoid this credit union at ALL COST especially for an auto loan. I had no option but to use this company when I purchased my car. You cannot EVER reach anyone on the phone, they make it impossible to make payments and are quick to charge you every little thing. Think of spirit airlines but significantly worse. When I bought my car I had proof of insurance to submit and We Florida Financial added $9,000 to my loan without ever notifying me. Then made me jump through several hoops to get them my insurance. Customer service is awful, online website is terrible. All around a massive headache. I bank through FAIRWINDS Credit Union and have never had a negative experience with them.

  Greatly recommend WE FLORIDA FINANCIAL to my fellow pilots and aircraft owners. Their aircraft financing department is among the best I have ever dealt with. Having financed aircrafts in the past with other banks, with and without brokers, I can tell you this team is on point. They ask the right questions, are knowledgeable, efficient and fast. They explained the requirements and process in very simple way. Even during COVID, they have maintained a common sense approach to financing, unlike larger banks that don't want to the the time to see the whole picture. My loan was approved lighting fast, after my fist deal fell through they renewed my approval for another 90 days at no cost. And when I finally found the right aircraft they closed in 5 days as scheduled. I always felt I was working with a partner rather than a vendor. Now, if all this was not enoight, their interest rate and terms and conditions beat the competition (by far). I didn't even have pay for the appraisal. Kudos to Alex Martin, the Aircraft Financing Manager for running such a great operation and providing excellent service.

  I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but I can't find one positive thing to say about this company. I thoroughly wish I had NEVER financed my auto loan with them. -Hard to get anyone on the phone / even to make a payment -Tried multiple times to link my bank account so I could pay online with no success -They reported that I was delinquent on my account when they knew I was refinancing with Chase and it dropped my credit score 100 pts Please, please do yourself a huge favor and avoid this company like the plague.

  My recommendation is to never use this bank for loan services. One should always read the terms of the loan carefully, but what we may expect as somewhat reasonable terms are not present in We Florida's terms. Their terms are unlike anything I've ever experienced. Many people don't really read through every line of a contract...with this bank, you might find yourself in a horrible situation if you default or violate the terms of a We Florida contract. Avoid the hassle...take my word and experience and use a more reputable big bank or a bank that has reasonable contractual terms. I totally regret getting my car loan with this bank, and I will NEVER ever do business with this bank again. My mom also lost her house fooling around with this bank. 'Credit Union' sounds good, but this particular one is not what you think it is...take my word. Good luck!

  This bank is very inconvenient. Very hard to get into contact with anyone. Mobile and online baking arepretty much useless, Especially when they decide to randomly lock you out of your account. One day I was inside of the branch and was promptly asked to remove my hat before she could speak to me. I noticed that the gentleman who was right in front of me was not asked to remove his hat by the same teller, and if you are wondering - yes they both were of lighter complexion. That same teller, on more than one occasion, went out of her way to make it difficult for me to deposit my checks. (I am a freelance artist and don’t have checks coming from one place, and she would loudly question me and her coworkers about them, making it seem like I was bringing in fraudulent checks.) I called to remove myself from a feature that they had on my accounts and they kept beating around the bush about it. They said they would have someone call me back the next day to remove said feature and I didn’t hear response for another three days. The woman who I spoke to was doing the same thing - “We’ll take a look and let you know..” and to this day that feature is still on my account I have lost money because of it. Really goes to show that they’re really more into trying to get people’s money over customer care. I got locked out of my account overseas, which is understandable, but not being able to call someone and get my account straightened out is yet again very inconvenient. I took my money out of centralized banks because I wanted a more personalized and community-based experience but I guess I made the wrong choice as far as local credit unions go. I can’t really think of any good things to say about this bank honestly.

  This was my first time visiting We Financial. It is actually an extended branch out of my credit union in Michigan. Taylor S. was very friendly and accommodating and made my first visit very memorable and easy. I will be back and recommend them to anyone!

  The worst bank/credit union I've ever used. Mobile banking is useless, customer support is garbage, and they changed my password without even telling me. Long-winded review below. When you walk into a branch, the tellers likely won't be able to help you, instead they'll direct you to a private booth with a phone to call the main call center. The support will sometimes bounce you from person to person, none of which can seemingly help you. Their mobile app is absolutely useless since the more useful features of modern online banking are locked out until you apply for access to these features on the website in a specific order (that isn't mentioned anywhere!). For example- In order to deposit a check via mobile, you have to enroll on the website. My enrollment was denied because apparently I need to enroll for E-Statements first. When i tried to enroll with E-statements, that part of the website wouldnt load in. I called a branch and was placed on hold, and still havent had the issue resolved. I applied for a credit card and was bounced between four different people, who told me that the card was sent out a week ago, and also that I never submitted the application(two weeks after I submitted it). They clearly had no clue what was going on. Even receiving a debit card took three weeks, over six phone calls, and I ended up getting TWO cards. I ended up making an account with BB&T and got everything taken care of within a single week. Perhaps even worse than that; they changed the password to my account WITHOUT TELLING ME. I had to go into the local branch, who of course just put me on the phone with their call center to get my password re-changed so I could ACCESS OWN BANK ACCOUNT. One star is too high of a rating for WE Florida Financial, and were it not for a loan I have through them, I'd have consolidated all my money into BB&T a long time ago.
