  Dan and his team made the experience of taking out a construction loan to build a custom home very easy to navigate. He was there to talk us through every step of the process no matter how many incessant questions we had. He also had some very good insight most lenders wouldn't have because he had built 2 custom homes himself. I highly recommend Dan and Northpointe Bank for all your mortgage lending needs.

  Dan and his entire team were so helpful during this process! They made everything run so smooth. Being a first time home buyer you hear all different kinds of people's stories. Dan sat with us and explained everything in detail so we knew exactly what to expect. Any questions I would have for him (and that was a lot) he would respond quickly and even did a video email to me one day to go over all my questions.
