  I recently received an email from David saying that my wife and I should review our mortgage with him as rates were down again. I said, “let’s do it”. Within one day he returned with an email giving us a lower rate and a payment $100 lower. From the start of providing necessary financial documentation to loan approval was at 2 weeks and closing shortly thereafter. Very fast! This was I believe the 5th mortgage we have done with David. David follows up on the market and keeps you informed.
