  I highly recommend this local bank. Their boutique service is far superior to other banks in town. I have been so pleased with my experience with Pacific Premier Bank.   Two of my clients bank with Pacific Premier Bank, so I interact with the staff regularly. They have truly amazing customer service and know clients by name. Multiple times Amber has caught suspicious transactions and personally calls the owner to prevent fraud. Amber has also gone above and beyond in assisting us with sensitive financial matters. I highly recommend the downtown Santa Barbara branch!

  Have been with Pacific Premier Bank for about 7 years and they have always been great with customer service and services. Recently when setting up long term care for my mother, we needed a product they did not offer, so they recommend an alternate provider. That provider also did an absolutely great job and help get something done that was a bit complex. So, PPB has not only been great as a bank but also as a resource. Thank you

  I have worked with a lot of banks in my career and Pacific Premier Bank is one of the best, if not THE best! You have 'your' personal banker, who has knowledge about everything and if not he / she knows where to get important information fast and correct.   When we needed a bank to help us with the management of my mother’s funds during her residency in a care facility, we were delighted to find Pacific Premier Bank. The bank offered the right kind of services for our purposes and we were even more delighted to be able to work with Amber Lloyd-Butler at the State Street Branch in Santa Barbara. With Amber’s help we were able to set up a system of staggered CDs that maximized my mother’s resources and enabled incremental disbursement of care payments over several years. Amber was a delight to work with from day one. She understood our needs, was willing to take the time to explain things fully, and was friendly and professional in all our dealings. Not only has Amber made herself available to help us with follow-up questions and needs, she has also gone the extra mile to help us stay on top of things when deadlines came due and action was needed. Amber’s good-nature and courtesy, her graciousness and know-how have been indispensable in helping us navigate unfamiliar waters with confidence. Even following her promotion to Branch Supervisor, Amber gave us her personal assistance whenever she could. When she was not able to help us personally, we were in the hands of other very capable staff at her branch; sometimes Stacy would assist us – again a friendly face and a wonderfully accommodating staff professional – or one of the other bank associates, all of whom left nothing to be desired in their friendly manner and competence. It is always a pleasure to enter the State Street Branch of Pacific Premier Bank (we prefer to do our banking in person, rather than remotely) and to be reassured that we and our finances are in good hands and that we will receive a welcome that is both personal and professional.

  My company recently switched to this bank and I absolutely love it!! This branch is gorgeous and the feel is so welcoming and safe. All staff are amazing and very kind, not once have I seen an unhappy employee. I have mainly interacted with Christian and Amber they are so sweet and patient. I definitely reccomend coming to this branch!
