  Dan is like Johnny on the spot! Always available to talk and explain the details every step of the way. A true professional and a pleasure to have in your corner. He has come up with ideas to help my families future and save us money every month. He has given us the power to make changes in our monthly budget to allow for something extra, or even make a double payment.   My husband and I used Dan when buying our first home. We recently closed and couldn't be happier with the entire process! Dan made himself available whenever necessary and went above and beyond with communication.. We initially started looking for a home and used him as our first step in the process after a friend recommended him. He sat down with us and went through all aspects of buying a home. He made us aware of any unexpected possibilities and prepared us for the home buying process. We ended up making offers on several homes before finding the right one but he was available any time we called, emailed, or texted. I felt that he made the entire process smooth and easy, especially since I have little time during the work day to complete extra tasks. We are so happy with our first home and are so grateful for Dan's hard work, kindness and professionalism!

  We started a re-fi with our primary bank in the middle of the "hot season". After 110 days of waiting for them to close what they called was "easy", we walked away and started fresh with Dan. We were SHOCKED by how fast and efficiently his team worked and they closed in record timing! I could always call and get someone on the phone, submitting documents was easy and Dan attended the closing!! We've purchased 5 homes in our lifetime and have NEVER had a mortgage professional attend the closing with us!
