  Dan is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of the reverse mortgage field. Because of his expertise, intelligence and experience, it was a smooth process. We understood all that was presented to us and he and his team were wonderful in dealing in all matters to get this done. Our appointment times were always at our convenience, our phone calls either answered promptly or returned immediately, emails were answered quickly.   Dan Casagrande is phenomenal and offered my husband and I the best loan to meet our needs and qualifications. He also went the extra mile for us. The initial meeting took place in our home which was wonderful! Dan kept us apprised of all developments as the loan progressed. He is a person that is spiritual, honest, forthright and very kind. He was always available to answer our calls and e-mails. His assistant, Therese Burgueno, answered all e-mails, calls and questions promptly and offered step by step clarification in the loan process. She was soo great to work with in helping us and working with the underwriting team who also did a stupendous job. Both Dan and Therese were very patient and have the highest degree of integrity and professionalism and are an exemplary team. My husband and I are so pleased with the service and loan.   I would like to recommend to whomever is considering or just wants to get information regarding a home reverse mortgage to contact Dan. I spent a month shopping for the best terms and service regarding a reverse mortgage for my mom. I went through the process with other lenders and their representatives multiple times. I can say without a doubt that dan both in terms of the quality of the loan and the service he provided to our family that he exceeded our expectations with his knowledge and attentive, carting service he provided our family. The stipulations of the loan were far better than the other 3 lenders we got quotes from.   Trust, trust, trust...Dan Casagrande presents himself as a good, honest, old-fashion work person, and local. Easy to put your trust in him.   I have just obtained a reverse mortgage using the services of Mr. Casagrande and I could not be more happy! It is the perfect solution for my situation. Dan educated me on the right product and then made it happen. I got to know Mr. Casagrande pretty well during the process. I can honestly say that I have never dealt with such an honest, responsive, hard-working person, in the business world, as Dan. I could speak volumes but let me close by giving just one illustration: After I obtained the loan, I texted Dan late one Saturday evening and wrote that I had a few questions. I further stated that they were not very pressing, there was no rush, and he could call me anytime at his convenience. Sunday morning the phone rings. It was Dan calling from Mexico. He and his wife were on vacation in Cabo and he just wanted to make sure that I had all the information that I needed so that I was OK! What more can I say?? Unless you're going through someone like your brother-in-law: if your'e thinking of getting a reverse mortgage then Dan should definitely be your man.
