  If a branch is temporarily closed, you need to reflect that in your posted operating hours.

  I called the Bank to get an appointment to get a document notarized. The Notary (Paige) who working at the bank refused to make an appointment to notarize my document. She said that it was her prerogative and told me that she would not notarize a non Chase Bank document. I have been banking with Chase Bank for over thirty years and have a Military Account along with a Savings Account, A Credit Card and paid off my Home, Auto and other loans on time and better then agreed. The type of account that I have comes with free Notary service. I called Corporate and verified that this is a free service and it is. M call was not addressed at the Corporate office as I was told that they would need to look into the issue and call me back in 2-3 business days. Why should I have my money in Chase Bank if I can't get the services I am entitled to receive without a having to waste my time to receive it? Anyone else notice that these younger workers are aggressive, rude and adversarial? Looks like I will need to bank somewhere else.

  Reopened for business today. According to the teller this branch was closed for about a week. PREVIOUS COMMENT: Papers stuck on the doors stating temporarily closed. No reason. No reopen date. No explanation. Anyone know what's going on? I've been a regular visitor to this Chase bank for years, but they didn't alert me (or any of their other customers I'm guessing). Imagine my surprise today.

  Great experience ! Well informed and kind tellers and bankers..We can walk to bank.close by..Very concerned that the bank on Ocean street has been closed for a week..no one has been contacted! Can't go to lobby to take care of other financial concerns..not good..Does any one know what is going on? We have called the 800 number ..rep does not know why?!!

  They may seem professional but their people skills are horrible Chasing me away that’s for sure When I made an appointment to speak with the bank President I was blown off Total disrespect Am truly reconsidering my decision on banking here and before you open an account perhaps you should as well Wether you have 500 or 5 million each amount holds no value when u get ignored Credit Union is looking better with each transaction I make here Total disregard for those of us with a disability Customer beware

  Chase is a major reason that fossil fuel companies keep drilling. We need to keep oil in the ground! Chase can afford to end these investments that they have only increased since the Paris Climate Agreement which they claim to support.Invest instead in clean energy and a better future for our children. Chase: get rid of your fossil fuel company investments!
