  Out of all the banks I have had an account with this is by far the best one. The staff is friendly and if I ever have a problem they are quick to solve it. Thanks for being a great place to bank with.

  Tellers ask a LOT of personal questions during small talk, even when it's obvious I'm in a rush. Othertimes, they're outright dismissive. Just poor manners in general. Online banking NEVER reflects the actual account balance and that can be inconvienient. I'll be looking at switching banks soon.

  Do not use this bank. They put limits on How much one can withdraw. Went to a branch close to home, and they forced me to drive 130 miles to another branch because they claimed smaller branches can't access More Cash. Hello, you're a Multi-Million Dollar business. I'm sure you can get Cash for a customer, especially with advance notice. Obviously, I closed my account, and went elsewhere.

  Outrageous recurring fees just to maintain a checking account. I can't believe I was naive enough to assume their rates were standard, but after looking at other institutions, I just cant wrap my head around some of Dacotah's policies, (the fine print ones)

  Dismissive and unhelpful bankers and tellers. Bank elsewhere and save yourself the awkward interaction of dealing with stuck-up folks who like to make you feel like you're wasting their time.
