  I have been doing my taxes here for over 5 years now. I love the fact that both Roberto & Guadalupe Ruiz take there time preparing your taxes, anwer all questions or doubts you might have. They are open all year, and accommodate my appts to fit my schedule. They are very knowledgeable in Taxes, and also offer Notaru services, Apostille Translations.

  D'Ruiz services was incredibly fast and efficient in getting my documents apostilled for Mexico! When you consider the woefully inadequate and painfully slow service of the California Secretary of State's office, to have a service like D'Ruiz in San Diego is a god-send. What a time saver. My documents were notarized and apostilled in two days! If I went by the mail-in process, it could have taken up to 8 weeks! Or I could have driven to Secretary of State branch office in Los Angeles. No Thanks!

  I called Lupe (after finding her name online) with a short notice to notarize documents. She showed up early, was professional & charged an extremely reasonable fee. Would definitely recommend her.

  Horrible customer service! Just to answer a couple of questions the guy told me oh I'm busy with a client! Called back again same response from a lady. Your response is not correct! You were rude and unprofessional. You did not spend minutes with me on the phone, I called back which is different I spent a couple of minutes asking questions and you just kept saying you were busy! Honesty is not a trait of yours!

  For people who see this review, please note that this person did not come to our office, was not looking for a service our office provides and wanted us to do a Google search for her while she waited on the phone. She was looking for someone to perform her marriage at a prison to her boyfriend. She called twice and she yelled at both my mother and I and she did so so loudly our actual customers heard her through the phone. I try to be nice to everyone and the 4 customers that heard her yelling like a crazy person can attest to her being the problem and that we were courteous and did all we could and should. I have made several attempts to remove this illegitimate review, but Google has refused. This is my original response: We do not provide the service you requested and I kindly said that I do not know anyone who does. I spoke with you several minutes, but I cannot be rude to customers who are in front of me and tried to politely say that. I wish you and your boyfriend luck finding the services you require and congratulations on the engagement.
