  DL Evans bank in Caldwell is fantastic. Our company needed to set up HSA Accounts. Misty is amazing. Very helpful. Her willingness to help and pleasant personality really exhibits what you want in your bank! Highly recommend them!

  I had great luck with Zach doing a construction loan and thought I'd try DL Evans for the mortgage portion. I sent Don and email (in August) telling him my situation and asked specifically if we could be closed in 50 days or less so I didn't have to extend the construction loan term he answered yes, shouldn't be a problem. Three months later, right before Thanksgiving, we still weren't closed and he asked for a bunch of stuff I'd already sent him because it had taken so long. Three more months of interest and $750 In loan extensions, I gave up and went with a different lender. I'm asking Don for a copy of the appraisal that I paid for, the new lender will accept it. Do you think he would even respond to my emails? The bank might be good but don't use Don for lender.

  I can’t express how much our company appreciates the Caldwell DL Evans branch and the team that works there. During the challenging times over the last year the folks in Caldwell went above and beyond normal customer service to take care of our banking needs. Funny enough- the service has stayed the same despite a return to normal. Bank with confidence here.

  DL Evans is my local bank. It's heavy on customer service and always friendly. Tiffany is one of the bank tellers and she's top drawer. If you need a bank that treats you like more than a number, get into DL Evans Bank, especially the Caldwell, Idaho branch!

  Lady at the front counter said I had to go in to cash my check because now they are open , she kept a hold of my check and drivers license. When I went in she had the change and my license on counter, counted my money and didn't say anything else.... She was very rude.
