  The staff of this DL Evans Brach and our loan officer Charlie Connelly when above and beyond to get our loan approved and distributed. They are thorough, honest and are invested in their clients. When other banks fail you turn to DL Evans.

  I walked in and literally 3 out of 12 people were wearing masks. When someone asked if they could help me they looked offended that I asked them to mask up first. (Prevention guidelines are for *both* mask and social distancing, it's not an either or people!) When I finally got someone willing to mask up to help me, they were condescending and largely dismissive. Her mask kept slipping under her nose. They had lost information about the accounts in question, and were bordering on condescending when requesting additional information. So: they don't care about you, and they really don't care aboit their customers health. Edit: with response to your statement- guidlines are for *both* masks and social distancing for safety. Doing one without the other doesn't offer significant protection. The operations manager didn't wear her mask properly, putting it frequently under her nose. Honestly, I get you work with a population that may scoff (or chafe) at these precautions. That doesn't mean you shouldn't follow them. On the day in question, 4 people in Idaho died from Covid-19. If risking your employee or customers health isn't serious for you, remember that was just one day this past week.

In speaking to the management team at the Nampa Karcher branch, at the time of your visit, all employees were wearing masks if they were unable to maintain a distance of six feet from other individuals. The Operations Officer at the branch that assisted with your banking needs and informed you about the specifics of your accounts was unaware that you had any further questions. D.L. Evans Bank most definitely cares about the safety and security of employees and customers. In addition to asking our customer and employees to wear masks when they are unable to social distance, during the pandemic we instituted many additional safety precautions including enhanced cleaning and sanitation, hand sanitizing and mask stations, installation of plexishield germ guards and social distancing signage. We have also provided resources to employees to assist them with obtaining the COVID-19 vaccination. Thank you again for providing feedback to us. Stay well.
