  I've always believed your bank is only as good as your banker. Our Hailey branch of DL Evans is far superior to any other banks in our area. Manager, Kelli Young and the other ladies in the Hailey branch always go above and beyond to help. From calling after hours when you have forgotten to notify the bank when you're traveling out of the country to helping a teenager that went out of state for the weekend and didn't realize they had to let the bank know they were traveling. I recommend this branch to everyone looking for a bank!

  D.L. Evans is what a community bank should be. A very attentive and friendly staff. I’m always greeted with a smile. Kelli is the epitome of customer service. She has always gone above and beyond for me and my families banking needs. I can’t imagine banking anywhere else.

  Kellie is one of the prime reasons for us banking at the DL Evans. Although the rest of the staff is also superb. Being a small town bank, they treat most customers by name as they come in. It is like entering a modern scene from “it’s a wonderful life“ with Jimmy Stewart. Kellie and the crew are “people” people! Give them all raises. They are your real asset.   The staff is very friendly, a real small town feel. They know me by my first name and treat me as a neighbor. The Bank policy has a lot to be desired. Want an account balance, likely hand written and only after requesting it. I just assume I’ll get and updated balance after each transaction, just seems reasonable. I went in today and requested a cashiers check and was told it was $6.00. I find that charge offensive to say the least. I have more than a years salary of an average person within my savings account and you want to charge me for a check? I have considered other institutions but the staff keeps me there. Just too quirky on policy.
