  Hello Karen here 🤚To start I was quoted $89 when I picked up I was told it was $146. No problem, I though maybe I had something extra that we didn't go over before. Everything was great until it wasn't. I never received my tax refund. Called DB since they filed and prepared them, the response I received was "I dont know what to tell you." I called back several occasions trying to help my self and pry help from them, until ultimately I had to call someone else. My first experience was my worst experience and we will not be returning next year.

  This is not true. First of all our prices this year started at $90 and go up by the complexity of the tax return. When you called you were told that the tax return was accepted by the IRS and the date it was accepted. Once it is accepted by the IRS it is out of our hands. You were told to call the IRS at the number we provided you in your documents. If you do not receive your refund it is YOUR responsibility to contact the IRS and determine what happened.

  I have been getting my taxes done from then since 1993. Top of the Line tax preparers. I moved 10 years ago but still go use them long distance.

  Thorough and friendly. Run by husband and wife team, and they double check each others work. My wife and I have been taking our taxes here for a couple years now, and have been very satisfied thus far with their service.

  Worst Customer Service EVER!!! Bonnie is the rudest person I have ever encountered as a customer!! I don’t recommend wasting your money when there are plenty of other businesses with much better customer service!!!
