  Been dealing with issues for my new car loan. My previous 2 were no issues. This has been a pain. No notes on file from my previous 4 calls to customer care. I was told last week February 23 I would get a call from branch manager. No call. I called in again to get transferred twice and no help. Pretty disappointed on experience.

  Sloppy, lazy account security >;-[ Otherwise, they're okay, I guess - not good - not bad - okay. ( They do have good hours, though. ) However, they could be a LOT better. Their overall security is a joke - no 2Fa - not even SMS - in 2022?!? REALLY??? *I have other financial institutions in other countries, and their security is top notch; most of them have 2Fa, SMS, and Yubikey. Come on Alaska - show you care about your customers - bump up your security before it's too late - PLEASE?

  I have always had excellent service at this branch. The tellers and managers are helpful and informative, they will help find a solution. I am grateful having a branch in my area.

  I really wish there was a Alaska USA Federal Credit Union branch in Lacey, WA or at least in SE Olympia, WA. I need a closer branch, so I can do in person loan payments because the phone lines are always busy. Cooper point Rd Branch is 20 miles away from my area.

  I love this location! It is a perfect one stop shop! The services I have received here have been impeccable! I love how versatile the employees are when it comes to accommodating me as a member. Everyone greets me with a smile and always tells me to have a wonderful day. The transactions are always smooth and easy to understand which is much appreciated due to my busy lifestyle. I help to take care of many family members and doing shared branching at Alaska USA makes it very easy for me to deposit money into their accounts. Banking with Alaska USA has helped my knowledge in finance to grow. I have learned about different opportunities to help build my credit score as well as to set myself up for a nice retirement plan. I even found a better car insurance rate through them! Which saved me 120 dollars a month through Safeco insurance. I also feel safe with my money at Alaska USA because of their constant communication with transactions that look suspicious whether it be out of state or a large amount. They have helped to save my money several times from being taken by hackers and I definitely appreciate it! My past banking institutions did not help me to do so. If anything they led me to get credit cards to get further in debt . As well as had very little communication or details when situations arose. I definitely recommend Alaska USA to anybody for their banking needs. Thank you Alaska USA for your friendly management and knowledgeable employees! It is much appreciated!

  Brought my auto loan to them, from BOA due to the great rates. However, few months in they charged me $450 on the life of the loan because they did not have my up to date insurance information( did not even tell me they were gonna charge me).Even though I brought my current insurance information to them when I filled out the paperwork for the loan. Back to BOA, even though my rate is higher. This is a shady shady shady business practice. Guess this is how they make up for their low interest rates on the back end.

  I used to bank with Alaska and I loved my experience that I had. I ended up coming back to Alaska because of that. This locations customer service is absolutely horrible. The assistant manager is rude every time I have come in. She has input my information into their system incorrectly on multiple occasions, causing me to have to make extra trips in. Each time I come in to take care of anything with mine and my fiancé’s account she comes over to whoever I am talking to and mutters under her breath about us having a joint account. She even had the nerve to warn my fiancé about adding me asking if he was sure he wanted to because I’ll have access to take his money! She rolls her eyes and has an attitude anytime we come in. Every single experience I have had at this new location has been terrible. Please get a new manager here. The other employees are so very amazing. I am literally upset anytime I have to go into my bank.

  Lady at the counter was rude and acted like my husband was trying to steal money out of OUR SHARED ACCOUNT. That has his name on it. Which he had his ID.. And bank card with all the info on it. How much more stupid can you get and still be able to handle people's money?

  Predatory lending. Presented me terms of a loan that were completely different with what it ended up to be. Modified it without my signature. If I cannot get it sorted out in house I will be filing a suit. Predatory lending days are done and alaska usa should be ashamed of implementing such practices. Avoid like the plague. Find a real credit union.

  The staff at this location has ALWAYS been more than happy to help me with any issues that may arise in my account. Honestly the best bank/credit union I've ever been with, I recommend this location to all my friends 👍
