  Absolute garbage. They literally won’t allow me to pay off a credit card online or over the phone because my balance higher than they like. So I go into a branch and they tell me there is a fee for cash advance to pay it off with my other card. I’ve never in my life run into more problems at a bank. Between paying off a loan, to general online bill pay, to everything else, this place is a joke. Please for the love of all don’t go here. Close your accounts, move to basically anywhere else.

  I worked with Shane Denny on a construction loan for my home, the whole process was an excellent experience. I was treated fairly and the communication was great the entire time. Cyprus Credit Union had the best rate available and would highly recommend anyone do business with them. Thank you Cyprus!

  Shane Denny helped us refinance our home at a lower rate. He is so efficient and had all the answers to many questions during this whole process. Professional and friendly. Closing costs and fees were much lower than other companies. I will definitely tell all my friends and family who are looking to refinance to go through Shane.

  Cyprus credit union is by far the worst banking experience i habe ever had! So i had a auto loan through them and never even knew my account number i just made my payments on the loan. I ended up losing the vehicle die to a guy by the name of corey killpack making a fraudulent act on my account and cyprus taking $2,316 out of my account for him without even verifying anything wifh me first! Then they repo my truck and then tell me after everything is settled that i owe something like $180 to them on rhis account due to me using this said account. Firat off i never even knew the account number second how in the heck would i have used this money on an account where there was no way to take money from the account. I got sent to collections so my son called them and at the beginning of his call asked them if the call was being recorded. The ladt assured him that it was. After about 30 minutes into the conversation and him being lut in hold like 10 times the lady got on and says that they found the problem and it was on cyprus's emd where the screw up was and that they would tske care of the mishap! And again my son made sure that she repeated that it was beimg recorded. A month later we started getting letters from a company sent after us by cyprus saying they are gojng to take my property to pay off fhe debt. Which now is like $900. My son called them back and they gave him the run around and tell him that there is no recorded conversation!! But this time the lady tells hkn that they would have a manager call us back. Months later still no call back and a constable just served me papers saying they are taking my property! So now i am having to pay a debt that never was plus just to keep my property. All because of cyprus screwing up and wanting someone else to pay for their wrong doing!! If this doesnt get resolved real soon im going to be the one doing rhe suing!! Worst place and people i jave ever had to deal wifh in my entire life and i am 80 yrs old so ive seen a lot in life!!! If you have an account with them i sould close it and go somewhere that believes in doing people right not one that takes from innocent people to make their paychecks!!

  I originally wrote this as a 1 star review due to issues with the institution. They have since fixed the issues. Shelby is a great person to work with. She was great at explaining the situation to me. All of the other people I talked to were not able to explain why the issues were happening. Everything is resolved now and the stress is gone. Glad they were able to resolve the issues.

  This branch stayed open an extra 15 minutes when I called them to ask if I could make a significant withdrawal that I needed to do that day. I don't think most banks/CR's would do that. I still bank with them and currently have a car loan and have no complaints.

  I have multiple accounts from different banks and credit unions in the area and Cyprus trumps them all! Come here first or you will wish you did

  Cyprus charges extortionate fees for loan payments online or over the phone. Won't give me my own account information over the phone. Won't mail me my account information. Won't allow me to pay by mail. Basically paying them is impossible without paying the fee or physically going into a branch. I'm going to have to take a couple hours out of my day just to go get my account number so I can set up payments through bill pay. Unbelievable. What a racket.
