Tabitha Flores5The best customer service i’ve had at a Cyprus Credit Union branch. They take the time & effort to help in any way they can. They went above and beyond to help in a very difficult time. I would highly recommend this location if you need help, or anything. They help and take care of what they can to the best of their abilities. The assistant manager, Aaron, took the time to go out of his way to help, and get the situation taken care of. He definitely should be recognized for the hard work and integrity he shows. Seriously, if you have any problems or need help, this location is great, and helpful!

Yamila Sosa Sosa1Terrible experience. The first time I went around 10 and waited 30 minutes to open an account. I left assuming they had a lot going on and not enough personal. I went once more today at 11:40 and I waited 50 minutes! There was the drive-thru teller that was very kind and told me I was going to be helped soon. On the other hand the guy that was going to help me didn’t even bother in acknowledging me. He just took his time. When I opened an account or did any transaction in my other bank I’ve NEVER waited more then 10 minutes to be helped. It’s just unbelievable! I recommend if you value your time don’t even bother heading to this location. It’s a complete waste of time!

Heather Honaker1We recently got an auto loan with Cyprus. I am highly dissatisfied with how difficult it is to manage our loan and even make payments. The people I have spoken with have been friendly, but beware getting a loan with them if you like the convenience of online payments or, heaven forbid, want to make an extra payment or pay your loan off faster. Look elsewhere.

Angela Sandoval1This branch always has the worst service. The manager isn’t helpful at all. I can’t even do the simplest transactions here because they always come up with an excuse and have you go to the magna branch. Save some time and just drive the extra 7 minutes to magna

Anne Marie Wright1Super Slow Drive Thru! I have complained for 3* years in person about the lack of greeting and the wait of up to 5 true mins to even be acknowledged. Prior to covid they had 1 girl working and she sadly lacked training of How to Greet or Welcome as well as When to greet. Now with the long waits with covid, the car slide in 2 at a time and she helps the cars behind before helping me...which she did in the other lane as well. Causing the cars behind to have to wait while finished for the car on front to even be helped. It’s pure chaos! The man that works the drive thru is professional. Please please please consider him as full time drive thru. Going to Cyrus on 5600 west is to there with the stress and dislike of going to DMV. Please Train Her.
