  Edil gave the worst customer service I have ever had. She is unprofessional and not pleasant to work with. I will avoid this branch because of the experience Edil provides.

  When my card got stuck in their atm (?), there was no help button. I went inside and was told that someone had to open the atm from the inside. They didn’t do this for a long time. I communicated a second time. Still nothing. Customer service fail. Flatline.

  Zach is absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond for me to refinance my auto loan.. I am so happy I bank here, everytime I have came into this branch I've gotten the best customer service .. they all truly go above and beyond. Thank you Zach. You are awesome !!! Thanks for saving me a ton of money on my auto loan

  This credit union gave my daughter a Dollar-dog program card to work on, until after she had finished the entire card. They said she turned 13, they refuse to give her a prize and scribbled the deposit card. A reasonable company wouldn't deny a girl's hard work for just a $10 gift card. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

  My service here is usually awesome but I went through the drive thru and I was yelled at saying my full name and asking me how much money I had put trough the window and that was it.. I asked a few question and all I got back was my card and Id and they never said another word to me.. Not even have a nice day.. thought about pulling my account that day cause the no deposits in the ATM is a huge issue.

  Most terrible customer service I’ve received in my life I would not even give u a star but I had to in order to comment... Just was making a deposit like I normally do every month and put on the memo slip to make sure my name was on the receipt so the person would know who it’s from let’s just say after a hr in the drive up lane after everyone else was helped and after pushing the call teller button several times i finally got it grrrrrr what a waste of my time l... This location sucks first and last time I come here.

  Always had luck here, very professional staff. I love this branch, it's the one on 4700s that you have to watch out for.
