Kate Johnson1Have been a member with AFCU for years, and always sang their praises. Last week my card was stolen. I promptly reported the incident as soon as I knew. Had to go to the branch to ask for a new card to be printed for an emergency and THEY PRINTED THE NEW CARD WITH THE SAME NUMBER!!?? Allowing the thief's to drain my account in 24 hours and now they say it will take a month to remove and dispute those charges. Be careful who you trust with your money.

Keven Taylor1Not happy with these guys. I deposited a check for 972 and they aren’t allowing me access to my money until the 29th of June when I deposited it on the 18th Friday. Mind you, I was driving on an empty tank, just started a new job, have bills and food I need to pay for and these clowns wouldn’t work with me. For whoever is reading this, when people come to you to use your institution as a place to use THEIR money, it is theirs. It’s not yours to hold hostage and mess with their finances. It’s robbery. Be better.

Isaac Green5I went in to get my first car loan today! Isabell was my loan officer she was super helpful and nice she helped me understand the process and everything I needed to do to make it happen! I highly recommend her but watch out for some of the other employees they did not want to help out at all! America First give Isabell a raise!

Vanessa Bueno1The drive thru is a joke here. They have 8 windows and only one teller. I never get out of there in less than 30 minutes. If you cant handle that many windows then why have them? Then they help the people behind you before they help you. Now that person is done with their transCtion but can't leave because you haven't been helped yet. Absolutely ridiculous.

Alex Louis1People here hold checks for a long time, it wasn't a new account and I've had payroll checks sent here all the time? How come this time I needed to have it held? IT WAS THE SAME AMOUNT OF MONEY. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Stacey Garcia2Customer service has gone downhill!! I pull into the drive thru to make a deposit, all the cars that arrived after me are done and gone with a new set of customers being helped when I finally get my receipt back so I can leave. They don't help people in the order they arrive and I spend 15-20 minutes in the front of the line waiting to get my receipt and ID back, that's not counting the time I waited in line to get to my turn!! It's ridiculous!!

JC Aranda1Be advised they close their lobby every day at 3pm now and the drive thru has a horrendous wait time since it is far less efficient than lobby service. I would have driven away rather than wait 30 min, but I am going out of town and needed cash to pay my rent (I know, my landlord is annoying, which is what put me in this predicament to begin with).

Moe D1My wife of 18 years has used this credit union since before we were married. She seldom uses it and has very little money in it. I put her on my credit union( not these clowns) account forever ago and it was a simple paper I signed to allow her access. Randomly we were here and she mentioned I have never been put on her account. Sounds easy enough.... Nope. They want to run a credit check on me to have access to my wife's account with $75 in it. It's my wife's money, she should be able to allow anyone access. I refused and will insist we close this account.

Jake Cordova1If you want DISCRIMINATION, this is the credit union for you! Deposited a check in to my wife's account that was not a significant amount of money and for no reason, they are not allowing us access to the funds for a week and a half. The check is drawn on a different (BETTER) local credit union. Once the funds are available, we will be closing our account and taking our money elsewhere.
