  i love this bank, but i am so tired of the constant maintenance on the home banking app. i need to see the amount i have so i dont overspend.

  The main reason I went with them in the 1st place is they accepted me for my auto loans every single time did not hassle me or give me any trouble unlike other places that I'd gone to previous then for some reason they decided to change the way they do things. They declined me for my autolone even though the value was good my credit score was good my credit history was good they refused to allow me to get that car loan. Will not be going with them ever again

  I have been with Cyprus Credit Union for over 30 years, they are the best. Always courteous, helpful and do all they can to make life easier for me in all my financial dealings!

  The tellers are always friendly, call me by name, are willing to look up my account number when I can't remember it, etc. I use Cyprus mostly to save money for larger purchases. I don't have an ATM card so I won't be tempted to spend what is in there. They are close by my house and convenient to deal with.

  Worst drive-thru ever compared to any other bank or credit union. It always takes forever. As if drive-ups are less important than walk-ins. Very frustrating. >=[

  Pissed that the phones are turned off during businesses hours. It makes it very frustrating!!! Can't wait to take my car loan else where
