The worst company ever when it comes to financing a vehicle and giving your credits off the loans, They have frozen my account to pay my bills after trading in their vehicle.its my son Birthday and bills they have frozen my account without notice. The warranty and the gap is faulty without refund do to trading in the vehicle. What a rip off?? The staff is rude and disrespectful. They talk like your nothing .

HORRIBLE!! Shannon scoggins speaks to you as if your trash .. this company was referred to me from Truliant and was suppose to be a company that helps you instead of hurting you! Instead they do everything in their power to hurt me and my credit! Always putting the car in repo status and requesting 3 payments when doing so. I’m looking for a way out FAST!

Great company for people who want a second chance, if you do what you agree to when you signed up, they are fine. Obviously the people who use this program have had some issues in there past. There is no rudeness for folks who pay on time. Its way better than what the car lots will sign you up with.

When I think about this company the term "crocodile smile" comes to mind. I came to know about this company after my credit union was unwilling to finance a car loan despite successfully paying off two previous car loans with them. Cure was presented to me as a car dealership that offered to secure the loans with the credit union on the cars they sold. My now ex-wife and I met with Cure to review the cars they had available. We didn't find one that we liked but since my ex's car had died we were in real need for transportation. I will commend them for providing a loaner while they tried to procure a vehicle that meet what I was looking for which was mainly to be a commuter car. They really presented themselves as looking out for us and wanted to help. Eventually they found a car that had the basics that I was looking for. Due to the experience up to that point we looked over the car features and decided to buy it. When the car was finally delivered it did not match the features presented because it had no powered features. Again, we were desperate for transportation and had already signed the loan so we accepted it. Now, I know that no one forced me to sign, but again I was in need, didn't have a ton of options, and they presented a face that made it seem like they really cared about helping us. So here are the facts. My loan is at 12% and I overpaid for the car by about $3,000. All my fault for agreeing to it. I'll admit that. I'm just stating it as a warning to any new buyers. Now here is what bothers me and why I am giving them a low rating. Like I said before, Cure was presented as a car dealership. My loan, for all purposes, looks like it is through my bank. It is listed as my accounts on my bank's website and I pay it as a transfer from my checking account to my loan account. However, whenever I call the bank about my loan I am given the runaround and eventually given the number to Cure. After my divorce I needed to take my ex's name off the car. That's when I was sent to Cure. They said, "No Problem" and sent me new paperwork. I looked it over (being smarter now) and they wanted to charge me $600 to do it. I told them I wasn't going to pay that so they rewrote the paperwork. The line item wasn't there so I signed the paperwork. Showing it to the divorce lawyer he saw that they hid the $600 elsewhere in the paperwork!! So now, I'm up to the last straw. I was late with my payment, 19 days, and planned on paying with my next paycheck (now divorced and broke) because I had some additional expenses coming up. CURE WENT INTO MY ACCOUNT AND TOOK THE PAYMENT!!! I wasn't on any sort of autopay or anything that gave them authority to do that. At least that I know of! I'm sure buried in some document I signed I agreed to this, but I still feel this is wrong! I called them and obviously they were not very polite about it. Sounding more like loan sharks than the "nice and helpful" people from before. Ms. Shannon Scoggins did not return any of my phone calls. So that is more to my point. I just want people to know what they are actually getting with this company. Do your homework and protect yourself.
