Employees have gone out of their way to be helpful and the branch manager is very accessible, kind and informative. This is the kind of bank I like, everyone greets me by name.

We chose to transfer our business accounts to this CB&T (which is a rather DIFFICULT process to say the least!) after a horrible experience with another local bank and everyone could not have been more helpful during our transition. Emily Mackie1Taking my money out of this bank next week. Very rude employees. You close at 4:30 and i got there at 4:35 thinking it closed at 5. I walk up and the door is locked so i walk back and two people are walking up to the door. An employee opens the door for them so i walk back up and he stands in front of the door and says i have to go to the drive through because they are closed. How rude you let 2 people go in and block me. So whatever i go in the drive through and get laughed at by another employee because i dont know what a deposit slip is..i'm still in school so yeah i don't really know what i'm doing thats why i wanted to go inside so i could talk to somebody without the whole bank hearing my conversation. Thanks for the embarrassment and you can kiss my business goodbye.
