  After serving 22 years in the Navy and an additional 26 years working in support of our Armed Forces, it was time to transition to our retirement home. Leaving Maryland for Florida was a difficult decision. And the pandemic caused additional challenges. But through it all, there was one constant: Melania Robles. Melania is not only an exceptional professional, but also a caring individual. She didn’t treat us like clients, but her extended family. Melania was there without fail to answer our many questions.   My entire experience with CTC Mortgage was great. From the initial paperwork filing to the closing, everything went well. If there were any issues with my application, I was notified immediately. Choices were explained to me in detail so I could make an informed decision. The people I dealt with the most (John Hunt and Tammy Blakey) were friendly and professional, always willing to help. All my questions were answered and people were available whenever I needed to go over something. I would highly recommend CTC Mortgage.

  We recently purchased a new house at Verano in Port Saint Lucie Florida. Tammy Blakey was our Mortgage Consultant with CTC Mortgage Company. We submitted all of the required documents asap and requested to move our closing date up. Tammy was very attentive and responsive throughout the entire process. She walked us through every step keeping us well informed of the status of each phase of the process. Tammy was able to move up our closing date by almost 5 weeks. We really appreciated her effort to accommodate us. She was very professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. Given the choice - I would highly recommend CTC Mortgage - Ask for Tammy !

  Tammy Jo Blakey and CTC Mortgage did an outstanding job! Tammy is so knowledgeable about everything to do with real estate transactions (not just the mortgage process) that she made our entire house buying experience seamless and simple.   Beside all the paperwork requirements and signing off of our first born, CTC Mortgage was very easy to work with. John Craig was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process.   Started out ok in the beginning. Quickly went downhill and stayed there until the very end. Had to get VP involved to get to closing and even then, it was literally last minute before we knew if we would be closing on time or not. We provided everything that was asked of us, in a timely manner and were described by them as “ideal clients” so it was not us who dropped the ball. Customer service and professionalism need some serious work. If you are looking to purchase a home in the Treasure Coast area, I would look elsewhere.
