  Uncooperative loan officer on basic questions yet fairly, helpful bank manager with credit line. Unfortunately, due to refusal of the first, that was that.

  They charge 20.00 to replace a card that was damaged. They also had a cutoff time and the card was not delivered for 2 days. My other bank would usually charge 6.00 but sent it to me by Fedex for free and had it there the very next day, bot 2 days later. In addition the card said it could be activated either at their branch or a zpOS. It was declined at the POS, even as a credit card. Also, when they tried to activate it on the phone, they wanted my home phone number which was outdated. They said i would have to call back on Monday (today is Saturday) and change the number. They fsiled to tell me that i could change the number and find the old one on the mobile app. Expensive, bad customer service.

  Every time I come to the drive thru. The same lady is working, she seems LOST every time and doesn't know about anything i ask her. Very constant disappointing customer service. If you come here make sure your not in a rush because YOU WILL be sitting there for 20 minutes
