He was so confident with his loan and lender, and my experience working with the lender also was great! Tim was very professional, communicative and sincerely cared about my buyer.   Tony Campuzano is the absolute best in the business!!! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring. He will listen to your needs and go from there. He helped my husband and I purchase our forever home and we’ve done two refi’s with him. I don’t trust anyone else except Tony and his team. Before you purchase or refi your home give Tony a call first.

  Tony Campuzano was extremely helpful and professional. My wife and I are absolutely grateful with the help we received in purchasing our first home. One thing we can't stand is dishonest people and Tony was the most upfront and honest Loan officer we spoke with. We definitely look forward to working with CSMC and Tony in the future and have recommended them to our friends and family.

  I recently did a mortagage re-fi on my home. Always a daunting undertaking even in the best of times. The team I worked with (Trinka and Brian) were instrumental in helping me lock in a good interest rate and navigate a complicated process making it very manageable. A process that is somewhat tougher these days given the problems of societal health concerns and fluctuating financial markets, just to name a couple. Plus, they are local to me and I wasn't dealing with a faceless financial outfit out of who-knows-where. Many thanks to them and their hard work. Based on my experience I very much recommend them.   Denise was amazing. She gave us 2.875 rate on income property purchase, other lenders were quoting us 4.75. She was very helpful explaining everything in detail and telling us what we needed to do. Will highly recommend Denise Bizzy.
