  Could not let the year come to a close without sharing a STELLAR review of Lender, David Honda, and his speedy skills to takeover a client's disastrous loan approval from another Lender and get Buyer back on track to closing all within 15 days! So grateful for his knowledge, his "can-do" attitude and recommendation/trust from the listing agent to make sure we all could collaboratively get this home sold for a win-win for Seller/Buyer!   David and team work diligently to get our home purchase done on a very short timeframe. With such and aggressive market every minute counted. We closed on our new property within 26 days, which was important because our old property was in escrow and scheduled to close. He also vetted our buyer, which helped us select the correct person for the sale. Overall great experience of timeliness, availability and follow through. Thank you David Honda!

  We were in a very difficult situation during the closing on a house with a big name mortgage company who inevitably failed us. Facing the loss of THE dream house and a very large deposit, we moved quickly after initial discussions with David Honda because he was confident in getting it done. We put all our trust in David and his team to undertake the rescue mission. We were astonished. They got us the house and we closed escrow in a record 9 days from meeting David!!   David Honda BEST Lender in Ventura County! I was introduced to David as the preferred lender after already working with a retail lender. Thankfully, that call was the BEST I made, because David saved me MORE THAN HALF OF A PERCENT on my interest rate for an FHA loan! His fast pre-qualification helped me compete against multiple offers and his sterling reputation meant that the transaction was set up for success. David and his team worked diligently to make the escrow process smooth, taking phone calls after hours and making it possible to finish closing 4 days ahead of schedule in just 26 total!   We can't say enough about how helpful and professional David was in guiding us through our refi. We have not refinanced our Westlake Village home in about 20 years, so we were full of questions, which often had us calling and texting David at inopportune times. We even unwittingly interrupted him at a family birthday party, but David was extremely gracious throughout the entire process. He was a pure pleasure to work with. Quick, efficient, very knowledgeable, and got us an incredible rate on our refi. Despite his busy workload, he made us feel like we were his only client. Five stars!!! So glad we found him on Google!

  I never write reviews, but I just had to share what a positive experience we had with David Honda as our mortgage loan officer. David was professional, organized, and knowledgeable. He stayed in constant communication with us and held our hand during what could have been a totally overwhelming process. David watched the market, locked in an amazing interest rate for us, and then stuck with the timeline he promised to finish all the paperwork.   David Honda - the man, the myth, the legend! What more can I say about the best loan officer/broker in the business?! I first met David as a newlywed, with my beautiful wife Dora at an open house in Arleta. We told him we were serious and after some back and forth he said "If you're serious, bring me all your stuff right now" We ran home and got everything on the spot. He put our application together that night and put a plan together for us. Then it was all UP HILL from there. He explained what we needed to do to fix with our credit, what we needed to save and what debt we needed to pay off to get to a payment that made sense for us! 12 months TO THE DATE WE MET we closed on Valentine’s Day 2018. Fast forward to June 2021 and we just closed escrow on our new home with David in the corner again. David once again came through with flying colors from start to finish. He worked like a mad man to get us approved and we had our pre approval ready before we ever placed our first offer on any house. David and his team made the entire application process and through escrow super easy. He is without a doubt the best in the business and comes with thee highest of recommendations. David will bend over backwards and tread through the thickest mud to make buying a home for you and your family possible. He has done it for me now twice and don't doubt he could do it again for us in the future.

  We met David as a recommendation through our broker and we were instantly put to ease as David walked us through the entire process from getting pre-approved, to offer stage and onto closing. Every step of the way David was super responsive and always on the phone when any questions came up. Coming from the UK, house buying in the US is daunting and I can't recommend David highly enough. Being the biggest purchase of your life, it's very important to have a good connection with your loan officer and David put us to ease every time we had any questions.   We met David in our home buying process after having our whole team selected. We found our dream home and needed to cross qualify. Unfortunately our original loan officer was not able to provide assistance during this crucial period of the home buying process (especially during these tough times as a buyer) and we were very lucky to have encountered David at the time that we did. I believe David did everything in his power to get us to the point where we are today, which is proudly owning our dream home. He was extremely knowledgeable and was open to calls, texts and emails to help ease our concerns and dummy down for us this otherwise complex process. He has a contagious energy and it was great to have him on our team. I personally appreciated how brutally honest he was with our situation, which helped build transparency. He is quick and aggressive in getting the deal done. We also thought we were getting the best deal with our original lender but we got an even better one with David.   What can I say about the AMAZING David Honda?! Well, he's just that AMAZING! From the start of selling my home and buying my new home, he's been there every step of the way, cheering us on, guiding us and getting it done!!! He is the man! He was available any time of day, answering all of my crazy questions. All in all, he's reliable, a pleasure to work with, hard working, and just AMAZING!!
