  Stepped into this pawn shop just looking. I found several items I liked. The shop owner was friendly accommodating and helpful. He was very willing to make a deal and we came to an agreement for a “package deal” of all the items. I walked away very happy. I also saw him make deals with another customers while in there. Prices were good and lots of inventory. I will be stopping in from time to time to see what’s new. Highly recommend!

  I’ve been coming here for quite a while. Back before they were at their current location. They always make sure to take care of their clients. I’ve bought and pawned plenty of items here. I bought a .380 from them and they matched the online price. Good thing about this place is its completely ran by the owners so you don’t have to deal with salesmen and managers. I bought a bad ps4 remote from here and they made sure to take care of me. Replaced it and told me if it didnt work to bring it back. Needless to say the replacement works perfectly. Great place of business and great customer service.

  I live in Ohio, but Diego is an old friend and did me a solid. I got a great deal on a really nice guitar, and the entire deal was done over the phone. Great service! Shipping was fast, too.

  I visited this pristine clean Pawn Shop looking for help taking out sections of a new watch. Mr. Juan was so courteous, and fixed this watch that has been hanging off my arm, within minutes. NO CHARGE! In fact, he refused to take money. They have 1 of the finest selections of .9 mm around and fabulous pricing on both 55 and 65 in. Samsung TVs. Great DVDs too. Stop in. Support our local businesses! I will be going back. Often.

  I called Crystal Pawn to see if they replace watch batteries and they did. I was happy to find a local business to do this. My husband went in to have the watch battery replaced yesterday. This business replaced the battery. When they handed the watch back to my husband he took a look at it. The back of the watch was very scratched up and the glass face on the watch was chipped and cracked. My husband told them that this happened and they flat out denied it. They didn't charge for the battery replacement but refused to do anything or even accept responsibility for damaging this watch. I have pictures of before and after they handled the watch. This watch was sold to a client and was going to be sent out that evening. Obviously since the watch was so damaged we had to inform our customer of the situation and cancel the order. We have quite a few watches and were hoping to build a business relationship with a local company, however this will not be the company that we choose to do business with. We will never use or refer them again.
