  All I can say is WOW. Jessica is truly one of a kind. She and Vanessa went above and beyond from the first moment we met. They took the time to get us open house ready and were incredibly patient while we asked a million questions. Jessica had the ultimate challenge of assisting us with buying and selling at the same time. Words cannot express the gratitude that we have, as the process was not without issue. I don’t think either deal would have ultimately gone through if not for her ingenuity, hard work, and willingness to take on responsibility that wasn’t hers.   Jessica did an excellent job on helping my husband and I get approved for a loan. After two lenders could not approve us for the loan terms we were looking for, she was able to help us get approved in only 7 days. It was short of a miracle.   I can't say enough great things about the experience my husband and I had working with Jessica. I was pregnant and emotional, while she was patient and caring!
