  Crossroads Bank has continually surpassed my expectations. They assisted me in getting a 2nd mortgage when all the other banks in town, could not get the loan done. They come highly recommended, and I now i can see why. I will continue to recommend them to all my friends & family!! A++++ I look forward to our growing relationship w/ this locally owned bank!!

  This is the best bank I have ever used! The are personal, professional, courteous, helpful... Etc .I could go on and on. We've been with them almost 5 years now, personal and business. Wouldn't even dream of going somewhere else . They can compete with any of the big name banks . Thank you , Tammy, Juanita, Glenda, Debra and Leslie .You ladies are the best! !

  Everyone at this bank is super awesome. They carry themselves very well and have always been very polite to me whenever I go there. I never had a bad experience with this bank and I'm actually happy to have gotten this banks help a few times. I love that they are realistic and not like bigger banks that try to get one over you. Their rates are also fair and they really do work with you. To anyone needing a reputable and awesome bank look no more than Crossroads bank!! I unfortunately had to move away from the Victoria area but I still do business with this bank. That should say something about them. Give them a call you'll be surprised, and as far as the staff thankyou you so some ladies you all rock🤘. Mr. Terrell thankyou sir for being a man of your word. I'm super happy that your bank still has old school ways of doing business. You guys will have a client for life with me.   We've been in business for over 7 years and have interacted with several banks. This bank has by far given the best customer service. They go over and above what is normal in the industry. I've read their bad reviews and wonder if they are not false reviews from non customers. If you are in business and have an online presence, you know this is a thing. If you're on the fence about banking with Community Bank, give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

  Stay away from the thieving Bank. You put a stop on your account they'll completely ignore and drive you hundreds of dollars into the hole. Their online banking is jacked up won't show your purchases for a week. It would have hit you realize your $400 in the hole even though you shouldn't be able to go more than a hundred because you put a stop on your account. They will take no blame or responsibility but they have no problem talking on every charge and fee they can. Don't bother with the manager she doesnt give a damn she has her paycheck.

  Great staff and customer service! Leslie is knowledgeable and friendly! I would highly recommend this bank for your banking services (checking account, mortgage loan and investments).

  Disrespectful, constant “computer bugs”, rude, irresponsible, and possibly unlawful are the only nice words I can come up with for this “bank”. If you enjoy sending hours on the phone try to find your money this is the bank for you. If not, run out of there. RUN

  The customer service personnel are very polite and courteous. Leslie is a very helpful loan officer. I wouldn’t think about going elsewhere.She is the reason customers bank there.
