  I had an extremely positive experience with Chris and Maddie. As a first time home buyer they were patient with me and walked me through every step. Chris was very responsive. He would respond to texts and answer calls at all hours, even if he was out of town he would respond to emails. They were also very quick to get documents submitted and taken care of. I am thankful for this team and would recommend them to anyone I know looking to buy a home.

  Chris and Maddie were great to work with, he was able get me through the difficult process of buying from a relative. This was my first time going through the home buying process so I would have liked more communication on what to expect, other than that I had wonderful experience with them.

When we contacted Chris late one night after we received horrible news from our previous lender. not only did he answer but he did everything possible to help us with the purchase of our home. Within a short amount of time they made our dreams come true and we were able to close on our dream home. We are so thankful for the Crosspoint lending team and would recommend them to anyone searching to purchase their home.

  This is absolutely the worst company you could use, I lost my Earnest money and the house I was trying to buy because of Chris, he is unprofessional, he did not return calls even though he said he would, he kept giving myself, my co buyers and my realtor the run around then he asked my co buyers to Falsify information on a federal document, we were applying for a FHA loan, he is very unethical, I am a single mother and because of him and his dishonesty I’ve lost money and now a home that I’ve worked hard to get for my family then he sent me a email telling me it was all me and how I never understood what they were telling me when I understood and did everything they told me to do and in a timely manner but I never got answers or calls back from them. I pray he does not do this to anyone else...BEWARE of this company and of Chris Fussell.

  I did not have a positive experience with this lender. They did not make me fill an application to disclose assets so the underwriter found my assets and they thought I was hiding them. they asked me for extremely unusual documentation. At the end I decided to find another lender. You are really better off finding the lender yourself. there is no point to hire a middleman, this company charges about $3,000 to generate the loan! Why would you choose to pay this when you can just get in the internet and find a lender yourself. This company uses Stearns lending; Go to their website and apply there. Other good companies that offer better rates in east Texas: Altra federal credit union and East Texas professional credit union. get to their websites and talk to them; they don't charge outrageous fees. believe me, you will save a lot of money. don't choose to put someone between you and the lender, it is just plain stupid.

  Great place to do business. Chris and Maddie help you every step of the way. They get you every savings possible on your loan. Don’t know if you can afford a house? You may be surprised. Go talk to them and see!
