Mr. Nobody2Everybody here is nice and helpful, but it seems like their actual banking infrastructure and operations are behind on the times. The app is very ornery and logging in is like an obstacle course. The phones are frequently down or so it seems (calling usually guarantees a busy signal), and they open later than most banks do. Not open on Saturday either. When I had to cancel my debit card, I found out that they apparently don’t even issue temporary ATM cards. So the only option was to go in person and withdraw money, if someone was even working the window and wasn’t at lunch to begin with. It has a lot of potential given how friendly most of their employees are, but it needs to catch up with the times. Their actual systems used during transactions seems to crash frequently too. It is fairly embarrassing to have funds available and try to make a purchase, only to swipe or insert your card and have it be declined, then to call (if you can get through) and be told “our systems are down”. The employees get five stars, but the institution itself gets two.

Patrice Thomas1Terrible customer service. The branch manager is the rudest so I guess the head will teach the tail how to be rude. I hate this bank. They take your money, charge you NSF fees when no one is even taking money out of the account. If you’re broke just say that! Don’t steal the peoples money. Count y’all days!

LaQuira Cole1I am an employee of Willis Knighton and when I opened my account they gave me the incorrect checking number. So when other checks from my second job wasn't posted I called and they said they sent it. I then went to the bank and was told I had wrong checking account number and I showed them the paper it was written on and they didn't say anything but give me the new one. Now I have to wait 3 days before a check can get mailed to me from my other job. I am so upset because it was the banks fault. I have to find a new bank now I am done with them.

Haley Vincent1I have been with this credit union about 10 years and they are not helpful at all. No one returns phone calls, you can't get assistance with rebuilding credit. I have tried 6 different times to come in and meet with Randy about what my spouse and I can do to build credit. We have been dodged and even told he wasn't there when he was clearly in his office. My mother jas banked here for going on 30 years and also is very displeased. You send emails and they do not respond. You are truly treated like a number and not a member.

Page Porter2Banked with them for 21 years. My debit card was compromised twice in 2 month. They decided not to issue me another debit card after they said they were sending me another one, didn’t notify me of their decision, and informed me that it was my responsibility to use my debit card and not get compromised. What? Who can guarantee that in this day and age? They are blaming the victim here. And I feel like they let me down. On top of it, they became rude. Think twice about letting them handle your money. Go with a bigger, more professional institute.

I have had issues on several different occasions where the online and app system for transfer of fees is down on friday evenings and then they are closed on Saturdays. They should at least think about being open every other Saturday. #2, their app is down or experiences errors (in my opinion) entirely too often.

Jan Sanchez1To the teller who decided to talk to her friend on the phone while serving my wife and did not have the common decency to wait untill there was no one else there. How is it that you work there and not ask where you would like to have your hard earned money deposited; checking or savings? How hard is that? How hard is it to activate a card for a customer? I guess talking to your friend is more important than helping a customer. *I hope this Credit Union fires you or else it's going to lose more patrons.

Arnecia Sanders1I’ve been with this credit union for a long time and I have never received any help from them. I’ve applied for loans and every time I apply I get denied now from my understanding a credit union is suppose to be better than the bank but it looks like it’s all the same.
