  Terrible Service especially the females at the front desk, they have a terrible and lazy attitude! My car had been done, I asked for my car, the female saif it wasn't ready and blew me off when the car was ready! Will never take my car there again! No Thank you!

  The paperwork was under a different name than was stated…so maybe that’s why there was confusion as to whether his vehicle was ready or not. In retrospect Juan our service advisor, had to tell Rosa which vehicle it was due to the confusion in the names. His vehicle had been ready since Thursday; Juan called him to let him know that it was ready. He wanted someone to pick him up to get his jeep but we did not have anyone available to pick up the customer due to the current staffing shortages and the Holiday staff shortage. Juan again seeing that the customer’s car was still not picked up informed the customer via a phone call his car was ready the next day on Friday. We apologize that due to staffing shortages, we did not have our service shuttle available at the time he needed it witch might of caused the customer to be unsatisfied. Juan says they made contact with the customer 3 times more to inform the customer that his jeep was ready. Rosa our service cashier at the time the customer came in was helping 3 customers that were ahead, when he came to the window so she probably rushed and he thought he was being blown off.

  I recently bought a truck from cropper's nogales and my experience couldn't be better. The person whom helped me was Enrique not only did he answer all our question but also with the help of Javier gave us the best affordable price. Customer service was excellent. I will definitely be buying again.

  No better place to purchase a car. They have a large variety to choose from not just chevy. They gave me a military discount and made me feel appreciated for being in the service. Also they helped my wife and i get in the car that best fit our financial circumstance and that fit us as a family. ill be coming back for sure. Management and sales were very professional and safe, always kept and mask on and were very clean and mindful.

  Just had an oil change about 1500 miles ago. The car is still under warranty. The add oil/low oil pressure light has started coming on when the car is idling for a while. I was told that they could check it out "some time next month". Not an acceptable or reasonable response.

  Took truck to get serviced at 8am and took 7 hours for them to finish. I was the second person in line.

  Thank you for reaching out to us. We regret to hear about the situation you have described. The Customer had no appointment set up and we had several vehicles in front that had set up appointments. We received the vehicle, notifying the customer that we had several vehicles in front of his, with appointments and would get to his once all of the vehicles with appointments would be completed. Ruben and Lee called this customer yesterday, Ruben talked to him customer explaining the situation on the terms that he agreed upon, and were trying to find a solution to the complaint. While explaining to the Customer what he agreed upon, he got upset for the phone call and hung up. We regret that you weren't satisfied with your experience. We hope you will give us another chance.
