      Just wanted to deposit cash into my Mother's account, but you have to have an account there and they only except checks which makes no since cash is definitely more reliable. Anywho, now I know.

      I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo since I was old enough to have an account. I’ve never switched to any other bank however the experience today at this branch with Irma Gutierrez and her unwillingness to help in my transaction is making me have second thoughts. I’ve seen other reviews on here about this locations customer service, but didn’t think I would have to experience it for myself. A simple transaction I’ve done multiple times for foreign exchange currency didn’t have to be like this.

      This location is always crowded, very dirty, and the tellers are not friendly. The service is bad every time, the ladies are holding side conversations about their personal lives and take their sweet time in attending you. They don’t smile or make eye contact. This place is always dirty no matter what time of day it is. Trash is overflowing, floors are disgusting, and the glass doors are unbelievably dirty as well. I dread using this location; nothing compared to the locations I’m used to using in Tucson.
