  On Saturday 7/27/19, my wife and I went to Cronin Kia to price Optimas and Sportages. On this day it was horribly hot and humid. I noticed a salesman walking a far distance from the office area to where we were looking. When he arrived he introduced himself, his name was Mikey Wathen, was very nice, courteous and knowledgeable when answering our questions about the prices and information we questioned. He was so mindful and professional regarding the heat, vehicles and more questions that we felt comfortable going to his desk and continuing our discussing the above stated. During the next couple of hours we were approved for the vehicle we chose and Mikey had a huge part to play in the process. He kept us constantly informed, in the loop made the process very painless and simple. He is a great asset for Cronin Kia and very appreciated.

  Rob Peterson at Cronin Ford gave me excellent customer service. He is probably the best car sales man that I have encountered. Rob is very friendly and cares about your situation.   My wife and I really just stopped by to look and see what our options were. As soon as we got there, we were greeted by Jeff Harper. He walked us through what I thought would be a tedious process. Very easy, very courteous and professional all around. We drove away in our new Kia Soul that afternoon, and have been more than happy since!   Went in with little hopes to be able to finance a Kia Optima after my car was recently totaled out from a wreck. Mark Grome was beyond incredible in the process of all of this. I told him what I wanted to pay, and he worked it out. No pressure at all. I would definitely recommend Cronin Kia of Harrison to anyone interested in buying a AMAZING car with no hassle! I was in and out in less than two hours and got to drive home a gorgeous 2015 optima.

  I had heard about Cronin Ford on TV commercials, but never dreamed of going there because it was too far away. I was searching online for a car and found one that sounded perfect! I emailed the dealership to make sure it was still available and was answered by a real person, not a "salesbot"!! The salesman I was corresponding with was actually the same one that met us at the door, Geoff Briencio. He had the Ford Escape ready for a test drive. I fell in love, even though it hadn't been accurately described online. The purchasing process went smoothly and Mark was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely bring all our cars to Cronin for service and when we need a new one. They treated us so much better than the other dealerships we visited on our car search and previous purchases!

  We recently purchased a 2020 Telluride from Cronin. Mikey Wathen made it a stress free, enjoyable experience! We had been to several other dealerships that tacked on a $3,500 Dealer Markup after seeing the vehicle listed online at a lower price and then applied lots of pressure, almost to the point of harassment, to buy immediately. It was an instant turn off. There was none of that at Cronin. Mikey was very knowledgeable about the product and gave us all the time we needed. Cronin is a non commission dealership which eliminates all the hassle. We have recommended Cronin to all our friends. We will be back! Shout out to Zola and the dealership manager also, for making our purchase easy and enjoyable! We love our newTelluride!

  Best car buying experience I have had to date! Michael Monroe is amazing and truly cares about his customers and not just making the sale. Michael took the time and had the patience during our test drives to go over the car details and pros and cons. He was very honest and knowledgeable about the vehicles. After much debate I drove home in my leased (which I bought now) KIA NIRO. The Niro is a very smooth driving vehicle, can barely hear it running. Michael also took the time after I decided which vehicle I wanted to go over the instrument and dash panel so that I was able to understand everything before leaving the lot (this occurred after hours). Thanks for a great experience Mike!!
