  This has to be the single worst escrow company on the planet. My issues are: - typed wrong account/routing number and sent $500K to the wrong account - Late sending wires by several days - Told me escrow was fully paid while $300K sat in their accounts - charged me additional fees, ($500+) without any notification or approval. The buyers were supposed to be paying 50% of the escrow fees, and now they are charging me 100%. I can't seem to get my escrow agent on the phone. He doesn't answer, and doesn't return phone calls. He also does not share his phone number on his email, so you have to track him down.

  What a terrific experience with knowledgeable and professional staff, we even met the owner who invited us to brunch!   The most unprofessional Title company we have ever encountered. Realtors in the Crescent City area had forewarned us not to us Crescent Land Title Company, instead they are all using Title Companies in Redding, CA. I wish we listened to their warnings. We found Crescent Land & Title to be Incompetent and their staff provided horrible service. We will never use this company again in fact both parties in our transaction were contemplating legal action. Courtney has a terrible attitude, Cindy is unable to answer even the simplest of questions, the owner does not return calls. This company made several errors during our transaction and as a result our closing was delayed and financing conditions had to be altered. Never Again...

  It's hard to believe this company is in business. Over 30 years of Real Estate work and we have never experienced anything quite like it. Rude, Inefficient and Unprofessional.
